Prohibited content

1. Sexual content and nudity

Do not create sexual, pornographic, sexually suggestive, fetish, or nude content, including implied or simulated sexual acts or content that sexualizes any person.

2. Violence, gore, and cruel harm

Do not create graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, severe injury, or cruel or sadistic harm involving real or depicted people.

3. Hate and hateful conduct

Do not create content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes hatred or discrimination based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, age, or sexual orientation.

4. Child sexual exploitation

Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor is strictly prohibited, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), simulated depictions, and attempts to transform an image of a minor into sexual content.

5. Unauthorized deepfakes and impersonation

Do not depict, impersonate, or replace the identity of a real person without that person's authorization. Do not create deceptive content that could mislead people about who appears in a video or what a person said or did.

6. Non-consensual intimate imagery

Do not create, alter, or distribute intimate or sexual imagery of any real person without their explicit consent.

7. Likeness and intellectual property violations

Do not upload a photo, likeness, copyrighted work, trademark, or other material unless you own the necessary rights or have permission to use it. Do not violate another person's privacy, publicity, likeness, copyright, or trademark rights.

8. Fraud, harassment, and illegal use

Do not use the service for fraud, scams, phishing, defamation, harassment, bullying, targeted abuse, reputational harm, or any activity or content prohibited by applicable law.

9. Circumvention and service abuse

• Do not bypass security controls, age restrictions, usage limits, or content safeguards.
• Do not submit prohibited content in modified form to evade enforcement.
• Do not disrupt, overload, scrape, or access the service or its APIs without authorization.
• Do not resell or sublicense the service in violation of the Terms.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for every image you upload and for having all permissions needed to use the person's likeness and any protected material. Confirming the required boxes does not transfer that responsibility to BadTimesAI.

Enforcement

When prohibited use is identified, BadTimesAI may refuse or stop a request, restrict access to content or the service, suspend an account or anonymous session, and preserve records when required by law. The action taken will depend on the nature and severity of the violation. We do not promise automated detection, continuous human review, or a dedicated reporting workflow.
