Order Support

If you purchased a One-Time Generation pass and need support, include the following in your email:

• Your Waffo order receipt or transaction ID
• The browser and device used for the purchase
• A description of the issue

The order number alone is not an access credential. If you have lost the secure cookie from your purchasing browser, additional receipt verification will be required.

Rights Reports

To report content that may violate your rights — including unauthorized use of your photo or likeness — contact [email protected] with a description of the concern and any relevant details. We review reports and take proportionate action when a violation is confirmed.
